Christmas morning and the boys are ready to tear into those presents. Lex and Rod got new hats for the winter weather. Lex looks so cute! On the sixth we only managed a little hike, it was cold and we were all tired! We took too long off from hiking and it showed. Isn't it beautiful?! This is the view as we were leaving the mountains that day. WOW! The kids found a nice spot to take a break. Lex said he liked riding the horsie! Isn't she cute! Lex declared himself "King of the Hill" and was reluctant to leave his lofty spot! Rod and Lex are involved in a very serious discussion. Ana, on the other hand was simply enjoying her break! We can't forget about Mom, always pulling up the rear of the group. She was enjoying the weather and hike up the mountain. Rod likes the challenge of the climb. Always finding something else to explore. Ana, Dad, and Rod made it to the top. They were so proud. (Lex decided to hang at the bottom with Mom.)
